We start by understanding the customer's needs, reviewing drawings and specifications, and determining the appropriate alloy, casting, and finish before production begins. Customer satisfaction and product conformity are the most important indicators of a successful quality system.

2. Technical and operational conformity

Alumate controls the production, inspection and packaging stages to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, straightness of profiles, and batch tracking according to internal procedures and approved specifications.

3. Continuous improvement

We periodically review process performance to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and address causes of non-conformance. This includes following up on observations, inspection results, customer complaints, and opportunities for improvement within the production lines.

4. Staff competence and training

Alumate believes that the quality of the product starts with the quality of the team. That's why we work to raise employees' awareness of quality and safety requirements, and develop their technical and operational skills in line with the nature of each role.

5. Supplier and partner quality

We are keen to deal with suppliers and partners who are able to meet the quality requirements, whether in raw materials or specialized services such as finishing and surface treatments, while following up on performance and addressing any observations that affect the final product.

6. Safety and environment as part of quality

At Alumat, quality is linked to safe and responsible operation. That's why we support occupational safety and health and environmental management, and strive to reduce waste and recycle aluminum scrap whenever possible.
